DISCLOSURE POLICY

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or confirmation of receipt of cleared payment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver your order right away and we will normally despatch your order in 1-2 days business days on an overnight service for delivery the following day. Please ensure you leave a contact telephone number, just incase the courier has difficulty in locating your address. Please ensure that the delivery address given at time of order has a responsible person to sign for the consignment; No claims will be accepted for parcels left unsigned due to notices from customers on doors etc i.e "leave in porch if not here".

FROZEN BAIT ORDERS
Due to the nature of the product, any orders for frozen bait products will not be sent out on Fridays due to delivery not being made until the following Monday. Again, due to the nature of the product and our desire to supply you with the best product available this must be signed for at first attempted delivery. No claim for product will be accepted if non-delivery or late delivery is due to your delivery status i.e Not in at time of delivery

Frozen items are clearly marked in the shopping area and we due to the nature of the product can not accept returns on ANY frozen product ordered by mistake PLEASE CHECK your orders carefully

Delivery charges are by weight of order placed and charged as follows:
0 - 1Kg = £2.50 (orders upto 1kilo will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class service. All other weights by FedEx courier.
1 - 2.5Kg = £3.50
2.5 - 5Kg = £4.00
5 - 20Kg = £5.50
20Kg above is free

Currently the website supplies the United Kingdom and selected EU countries. For export orders to the US or elsewhere please send a query through our contact page, stating which products you are interested in purchasing and include brief address details (country and zip code) and we shall reply as soon as possible.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before agreeing how to proceed.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption for onward routing to our selected payment provider - PAYPAL PAYMENT PRO.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you intend on becoming a regular online customer with this store you have the option of creating a log-in account. The information stored within this account is solely the Name and Address details of the person ordering the goods. NO financial information is stored with this log-in account other than past history of items ordered.

No part of your name or address will be passed to any 3rd party other than that of the payment provider you have selected.

ALL customers mailing details will be kept to keep you informed of any up-coming special offers on the shop that may be of interest. You will always have the option to decline these mailing should you request it.

RETURNS / REFUND / GUARANTEE

FROZEN BAIT ORDERS

FROZEN bait can not be shipped outside of the UK due to transit times.

Please check you delivered order as soon as possible after delivery has been made. We can not accept claim for non-delivered items not notified within 24hrs of signed receipt.

If you have ordered a product by mistake and the item is still enclosed in the original packaging and in delivered state we will accept a return on the item. Please send the item to our address as found on this website at your cost and ensure you enclose a note explaining the return and a contact telephone number. On safe receipt a refund will be made to you. Unfortunately, this can not apply to any FROZEN BAIT - see above or any bait (pellets, boilies, sticks, paste etc) that have been opened and re-sealed by the customer
